Privacy Policy

Airgo Systems, LLC d/b/a Drov Technologies (“Drov,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information collection and usage for the website located at drovtechnologies.com (the “Website”) and our related technology and services (the “System”). This Privacy Policy is intended for your use of this System only.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to public information; information that we collect offline; information collected from any other Drov applications or websites; or any other third-party websites you may access or to which you provide information.  We do not accept any liability associated with any such information.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we handle it. If you do not agree with the policies and practices contained herein, do not access or use the System. By accessing the System, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to our use of the information you provide to us accordingly. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time as described below in Changes to our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the System after we make such changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

The System is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 18. If we are made aware that we have received such information, or any information in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will use reasonable efforts to locate and remove that information from our records.  The System is intended for use by residents of the United States or non-residents that agree to use the System in accordance with United States laws and our Terms of Use.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It:

When you access and use the System, we collect several types of information, including information: (i) by which you may be personally identified, such as name, telephone number, email address, CDL number, and employer number (collectively “Personal Information”); and (ii) about your internet connection, internet protocol address, the equipment you use to access the System and usage details (“Nonpersonal Information”) as more fully described below.   We may also collect information about transactions you carry out through the System information related to the fulfillment of your orders.  You may be required to provide financial information to our third-party payment service provider before placing an order through the System. Such providers are only authorized by us to use such information in connection with performing services for you. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy statements and policies of those other websites you choose to link to from the System, so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and store your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements, policies or content of other websites or apps, including websites you link to from the System. Websites containing co-branding (referencing our name and a third party’s name) contain content delivered by the third party and not us.

Like many other websites and applications, when you access and use our System, we and our service providers may automatically collect some Nonpersonal Information, or technical information from your computer or device. This helps us to monitor traffic patterns and usage of the System and to modify and improve our services. The Nonpersonal Information or technical information we may collect includes but is not limited to:

  • IP address
  • Operating system
  • Device type
  • Device manufacturer
  • Device identifier
  • Browser type
  • Content viewed on the Website
  • Pages viewed immediately before and after you access the Website
  • Whether you open Drov’s electronic communications and where you click within them
  • Amount of time spent on the Website and how many pages you viewed during your visit
  • Location information which includes real-time information about the location of your device
  • Asset information including VIN #, type, make, model, year, name/number, tire type and manufacturer, license plate number, geolocation, GPS route history and speed data
  • Geofence Locations
  • To the extent equipped: Optional recall video recording on asset camera(s), as well as sensor reading data including tire air pressure & temperature sensors), wheel hub temperature & vibration sensors, ABS (Anti-lock braking system), pressure sensor, temperature sensor, asset weight, door position, disc pad brake wear, accelerometer, asset lighting, certain asset status, backup battery level, User System usage.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not access or use the System.  Note, however, that opting out of the System’s collection of location information will disable its location-based features. We may collect and use this certain Nonpersonal Information or technical information to tailor and improve our System to better meet consumer needs. Any collection or use of such data will be anonymous and will not contain any Personal Information.  By accessing or using the System you agree to our use of such data in this manner.


Cookies and Web Beacons

The Website may use technologies such as “cookies” and “web beacons” or similar technologies to improve the functionality of the Website and your experience. Cookies are small data files that are automatically sent to your device from a Web service and stored on your device’s hard drive. Cookies enable us to store information about your preferences and/or record user-specific information on which pages you access or visit. “Web beacons” are small electronic files embedded in emails or applications. Web beacons are used to determine what parts of the Website you have viewed, or whether an email was successfully opened. These cookies and web beacons do not contain Personal Information about you; rather, they are utilized to gather information to analyze traffic to the Website, improve content and navigation, enhance marketing efforts, and personalize your experience.  

You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. Most areas of the Website will function without cookies, but you may be unable to access certain parts of the Website, or certain parts of the Website may not function properly.  Unless you have adjusted your device settings so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your device to the Website. Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Website. The information they collect may be associated with your IP address, and may include Personal Information, or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and/or to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

Drov does not control these third-party cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. You should consult the respective privacy policy of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information on their practices as well as for instructions about how to opt-out of certain practices. The Website Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.  When you link away from our Website, you do so at your own risk.

As noted above, if you wish to disable cookies you may do so through your individual device settings by adjusting your web browser preferences.

How We Use the Information Collected

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information: (i) to provide you with the services offered on the System and the contents therein, and any other information, products or services that you request from us; (ii) to give you notices about your account and subscription, including expiration and renewal notices; (iii) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us; (iv) to investigate suspected fraud or other violations of any law, regulation, ordinance or the policies for the System (v) in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; (vi) to notify you when updates to the System are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through the System; and (vii) for any other purpose with your consent.

The technical information and Nonpersonal Information we collect helps us to improve the System and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to: (i) estimate our audience size and usage patterns; (ii) store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the System according to your individual interests; (iii) speed up your searches; and (iv) recognize you when you use the System.  We may also use Personal Information provided by you to send you emails when new content is added to the System. If you do not want to receive information, you will have the opportunity to opt-out by contacting support@drovtechnologies.com.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: (i) Tracking Technologies. You can set your device to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly; and (ii) Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Website to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through your device's settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, including de-identified location information, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may also disclose Personal Information we maintain (i) to our subsidiaries and affiliates; (ii) to our contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to provide the System and support our business; (iii) to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; (iv) for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; (v) with your consent; (vi) to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (vii) to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, and for billing and collection, if applicable; (viii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Drov, our customers or others (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction); and/or (ix) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Drov’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Drov about the System online guests, customers, members, visitors, and users is among the assets transferred.

We do not control third-party collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the System and visiting your account profile or settings. You may also send us an e-mail at   support@drovtechnologies.com to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete any information you publicly published or displayed on the System (“Posted Information”), copies of your Posted Information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the System. Proper access and use of information provided on the System, including Posted Information, is governed by our Terms of Use which can be found at Terms of Use

Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your Personal Information. To learn more about your California privacy rights, visit https://cppa.ca.gov/regulations.

Under California Law, California residents may request certain Personal Information that a business with which they have an established business relationship has disclosed to third parties used for direct marketing purposes.  To obtain this information or to opt-out of any sharing of Personal Information, please send a request to support@drovtechnologies.com and include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. When contacting us, please indicate your name, email address, and a list of the Personal Information you do not want us to share with third parties. Please allow thirty (30) days for a response. Also, please note that there is no charge for controlling the sharing of your Personal Information.

Data Security and Limitations

We have implemented and will maintain commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your Personal Information that we handle from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to the System or for certain parts of the System, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure; therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information during transmission to us. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measure contained on the System. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security.

You agree that we are not responsible for any harm or damage related to (i) disclosure of your Personal Information made by you to a third party through your use of the System, including, without limitation, credit card information disclosed to third party payment service providers; or (ii) any disclosure of your Personal Information obtained illegally from us through no violation of this Privacy Policy by us.

Please note we will not be liable for disclosures of information due to errors or unauthorized acts caused by you or third parties.

Users From Outside the United States & No Rights of Third Parties

Use of the System is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. If you are using the System from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the State of Oklahoma, the United States, and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the System, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities and to the facilities of those third-parties with whom we share it with as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices.  It is Drov’s policy to post any changes it makes to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will provide a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated through an in-app alert the first time you use the System after we make the change to the Privacy Policy. The date the Privacy Policy was last modified is identified at the top of the page. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the System thereafter. You are responsible for periodically visiting the System, and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

Opt-Out of Email Communication

Drov regularly sends out emails to users when new content is added to the System.  Email recipients may opt-out at any time by following the “unsubscribe” instructions included in the last email message sent.
