Return Goods Authorization

Dear Valued Customer,

This RGA number is in response to Warranty Parts Request received by Drōv Technologies.

The following warranty tracking program has been put in place for failure investigation and/or assurance of proper installation and usage. Once you receive your RGA #, return the part(s) to Drōv Technologies within fifteen (15) days for analysis. Our analysis will determine if the product was installed and used properly or whether the failure was a result of manufacturer’s defect.

The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase.
