Privacy Policy

Drov, LLC (“Drov,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access or otherwise use the Drōv Website. This policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing the information we collect or that you may provide. This policy does not apply to information you provide us when you call us, write to us, or communicate with us in any manner other than through the Drov Website. This policy also does not apply to information we collect offline, on any other Drov applications or websites, including websites you may, or to information you provide to or is collected by third-party sites.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Drov Website. By accessing the Drov Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to having your data transferred to and/or processed. This policy may change from time to time as described below in Changes to our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Drov Website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

I.          Children’s Privacy

  1. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children’s personal information. The Drov Website is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 18. Drov does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not provide any personal information on the Drov Website, or on or through any of its features, make any purchases through the Drov Website, or provide any personal information about yourself to us, including your name, telephone number, or email address. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that personal information. II.        Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It:

When you access and use the Drov Website, we collect several types of information, including information: (i) by which you may be personally identified, such as name, telephone number, email address, CDL number, employer number, and other content you may upload, and any other information you choose to provide (collectively “personal information”); and (ii) about your internet connection, internet protocol address, the equipment you use to access the Drov Website and usage details.   We may also collect information about transactions you carry out through the Drov Website and of the fulfillment of your orders.  You may be required to provide financial information to our third party payment service provider before placing an order the Drov Website.

We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the Drov Website.

Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information in a public manner, whether through collaborative postings, message boards or other public online forums, if any, this information may be collected and used by others. We do not monitor or collect information you disclose inside online public forums, nor do we accept any liability associated with your voluntary disclosure of same. Please also keep in mind that the Drov Website may contain links to other websites or apps, including a third party payment service provider. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy statements and policies of those other websites you choose to link to or from the Drōv Website, so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and store your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements, policies or content of other websites or apps, including websites you link to or from the Drōv Website. Websites containing co-branding (referencing our name and a third party’s name) contain content delivered by the third party and not us.

Like many other websites, when you come to the Drōv Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect some non-personally identifiable, technical information from you computer or mobile device when you use our services or interact with us. This helps us to monitor traffic patterns and usage of the Drōv Website and to modify and improve our services. The information we may collect includes:

  • IP address
  • Operating system
  • Device type
  • Device manufacturer
  • Device identifier
  • Browser type
  • Content viewed on the Drōv Website
  • Pages viewed immediately before and after you access the Drōv Website
  • Whether you open Drov’s electronic communications and where you click within them
  • Amount of time spent on the Drōv Website and how many pages you viewed during your visit
  • Location information which includes real-time information about the location of your device

If you do not want us to collect this information, you should delete the Drōv Website from your device or do not download the Drōv Website or sign up to be a Drōv Website user.  Note, however, that opting out of the Drōv Website’s collection of location information will disable its location-based features.

Cookies and Web Beacons:  The Drōv Website may use technologies such as “cookies” and “web beacons” to improve the functionality of the Drōv Website and your experience. Cookies are small data files that are automatically sent to your device from a Web service and stored on your device’s hard drive. Cookies enable us to store information about your preferences and/or record user-specific information on which pages you access or visit. “Web beacons” are small electronic files embedded in emails or applications. Web beacons are used to determine what parts of the Drōv Website you have viewed, or whether an email was successfully opened. These cookies and web beacons do not contain personal information about you; rather, they are utilized to gather information to analyze traffic to the Drōv Website, improve content and navigation, enhance marketing efforts, and personalize your experience.

You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. Most areas of the Drōv Website will function without cookies, but you may be unable to access certain parts of the Drōv Website, or certain parts of the Drōv Website may not function properly.  Unless you have adjusted your device settings so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your device to the Drōv Website. For an optimal experience, we recommend that you allow cookies.

Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:  Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Drōv Website are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Drōv Website. The information they collect may be associated with your IP address, personal information, or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and/or to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

Drov does not control these third parties’ cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. You should consult the respective third parties’ privacy policy of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information on their practices as well as for instructions about how to opt-out of certain practices. The Drōv Website Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.

If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual device settings. More detailed information about cookie management with specific devices can be found at the devices’ respective websites and/or user manuals.

III.       How We Use the Information Collected

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information: (i) to provide you with the services offered in the Drōv Website and the contents therein, and any other information, products or services that you request from us; (ii) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; (iii) give you notices about your account and subscription, including expiration and renewal notices; (iv) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us; (v) in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; (vi) to notify you when updates to the Drōv Website are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through the Drōv Website; and (vii) for any other purpose with your consent. The usage information we collect helps us to improve the Drōv Website and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to: (i) estimate our audience size and usage patters; (ii) store information about your preferences, allowing us to customer the Drōv Website according to you individual interests; (iii) speed up your searches; and (iv) recognize you when you use the Drōv Website.  We may also use personal information provided by you to send you emails when new content is added to the Drōv Website. If you do not want to receive information, you will have the opportunity to opt-out.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: (i) Tracking Technologies. You can set your device to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Drōv Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly; and (ii) Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Drōv Website to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through your device’s settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Drōv Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Please keep in mind that if you disclose personally identifiable information in a public manner, whether through collaborative postings, message boards or other public online forums, if any, this information may be collected and used by others. We do not accept any liability associated with your voluntary disclosure of same.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, including de-identified location information, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may also disclose personal information we maintain (i) to our subsidiaries and affiliates; (ii) to our contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to provide the Drōv Website and support our business; (iii) to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; (iv) for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; (v) with your consent; (vi) to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (vii) to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and use including the Airboxone End User License Agreement, and for billing and collection, if applicable; (viii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Drov, our customers or others (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction); and/or (ix) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Drov’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Drov about the Drōv Website online guests, customers, members, visitors, and users is among the assets transferred.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

IV.       Accessing and Correcting Your Information

to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete any information you publicly published or displayed in the Drōv Website (“Posted Information”), copies of your Posted Information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Drōv Website. Proper access and use of information provided on the Drōv Website, including Posted Information, is governed by our Terms of Service which can be found at https://www.drovtechnologies.com/terms-of-use/

California residents may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see Section V for more information.

V.        Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. To learn more about your California privacy rights, visit https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of the Drōv Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To obtain this information, please send a request to support@drovtechnologies.com.

and include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. When contacting us, please indicate your name, email address, and what personally identifiable information you do not want us to share with third parties. Please allow thirty (30) days for a response. Also, please note that there is no charge for controlling the sharing of your personally identifiable information or requesting this notice.

VI.       Data Security and Limitations

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to the Drōv Website or for certain parts of the Drōv Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure; therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measure contained on the Drōv Website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security.

You agree that we are not responsible for (i) any disclosure of your personal information made by you to a third party through your use of the Drōv Website, including, without limitation, credit card information disclosed to third party payment service providers; (ii) any disclosure of your personal information obtained illegally from us; or (iii) any accidental disclosure of your personal information made by us.

VII.     Users From Outside the United States & No Rights of Third Parties

The Drōv Website is offered in North America and is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. If you are using the Drōv Website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the State of Oklahoma, the United States, and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Drōv Website, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities and to the facilities of those third-parties with whom we share it with as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.

VIII.    Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices.  It is Drov’s policy to post any changes it makes to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will provide a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated through an in-app alert the first time you use the Drōv Website after we make the change to the Privacy Policy. The date the Privacy Policy was last modified is identified at the top of the page. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Drōv Website thereafter. You are responsible for periodically visiting the Drōv Website, and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

IX.       Opt-Out of Email Communication

Drov regularly sends out emails to users when new content is added to the Drōv Website.  Email recipients may opt-out at any time by following the “unsubscribe” instructions included in the last email message sent.
